Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize manufacturing ERP environments and drive process improvements across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory.

You will partner with leaders to translate business needs into functional requirements, support ERP modernization, and help shape future technology initiatives with a strong view on data, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years in Business Systems Analyst roles.
Strong understanding of manufacturing ops, MRP, inventory, and financial processes.
Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or major optimizations.
Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and document complex processes.

Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis and continuous improvement across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory.
Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and develop technology-driven solutions.
Facilitate requirements gathering and translate needs into requirements, user stories, and flows.
Manage ERP enhancement requests and prioritize backlogs.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and IT to address business requirements.
Improve ERP utilization, MRP processes, reporting, automation, and efficiency.
Support ERP modernization initiatives and future-state process design.
Coordinate UAT and drive successful implementation of new functionality.
