Job summary

STG Logistics in Kentucky seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will deliver financial planning, forecasting, and strategic guidance to support decision-making across business units.

You will lead budgets, perform variance analysis, and refine models while partnering with leaders to drive performance. Excellent communication and Excel/ERP skills are essential.

This role offers the chance to influence strategic initiatives within our nationwide logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive insights.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-term financial plans with leaders.
• Perform variance analysis and advise on corrective actions.
• Refine financial models for forecast accuracy.
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders and align with ops.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for management.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
