Job summary

LeoForce in Ohio is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will analyze monthly financial results, support forecasting, and partner with Operations to drive profitability across manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in FP&A or manufacturing finance, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. This role offers high visibility, collaboration with senior leadership, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years FP&A / manufacturing finance.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience communicating financial information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, operating metrics, and manufacturing performance.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to identify cost drivers.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyze costs, labor, materials, overhead, inventory, and variances.
Provide variance analysis and explain results vs budget and forecast.
Build reports and dashboards for KPIs.
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
Analyze production efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization.
Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain on cost-saving opportunities.
Evaluate capital expenditures and ROI opportunities.
Identify trends and communicate findings to leadership.
Build financial models and ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
Improve financial reporting processes and tools.
Assist with month-end close and management reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Operations.
