Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to act as the strategic finance partner to the Global Operations organization. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive margin expansion and productivity improvements across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Global Operations, Sourcing, Quality, HSE, Manufacturing Plants, and Finance leadership to improve financial visibility and enable informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting operational leaders within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial organizations.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and influence cross-functional decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to the Cordant Solutions Global Operations Leader and Plant Leadership teams, including Sourcing, Quality, HSE, and Global Assembly Plants.
• Provide financial insights and analytics during monthly operating reviews and leadership staff meetings.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and execute margin expansion and cost control initiatives.
• Own monthly and quarterly close activities, reporting packages, and management presentations.
• Develop business cases for capital investments, productivity initiatives, and operational improvement projects.
