Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the business cycle including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts across the organization.
• Define and track KPIs for product lines, R&D, engineering, and other functions.
• Analyze performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and cash generation.
• Identify gaps and support corrective action plans.
• Provide financial guidance to management on projects and initiatives.
• Partner with functions to assess opportunities, risks, and drivers.
• Communicate financial approaches and solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead design and implementation of finance-related initiatives.
• Manage long-term projects spanning 1–2 years.
• Support continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and performance processes.
