Baker Hughes is seeking a Finance Advisor - FP&A Operations to drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and influence operational outcomes through robust planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with leaders across functions to analyze data, shape actionable recommendations, manage multi-year cycles, and lead finance projects that improve profitability and cash generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong financial analysis and business planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the business cycle, including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts across organizational levels.
• Defining and tracking KPIs to measure performance across functions.
• Analyzing performance and recommending action plans to improve profitability and cash generation.
• Identifying performance gaps and supporting corrective action plans.
• Providing financial advice to management on approaches, projects, programs and improvements.
• Partnering with functions to evaluate opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Communicating financial approaches and solutions for complex business challenges.
• Leading the design and implementation of finance-related projects.
• Managing projects spanning 1–2 years and contributing to long-term outcomes.
• Supporting continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes.
