Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 additional years of FP&A operations experience.
• Strong financial analysis and business planning capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate business performance and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business cycle, including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts.
• Define and track KPIs to measure performance across functions and product lines.
• Analyze performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and cash generation.
• Identify gaps and support corrective action plans.
• Provide financial guidance to management on projects and initiatives.
• Partner with functions to evaluate opportunities, risks, and drivers.
• Communicate financial approaches and solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead the design and implementation of finance-related projects.
• Manage multi-year projects contributing to long-term outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and performance processes.
