Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks an Operations Supply Chain – Engagement Manager to lead teams across a range of client projects. You will manage workstreams, synthesize insights, and support senior leaders in delivering high-impact results within a global consulting environment.

The role emphasizes leadership of 2-4 consultants (6-8 for Principal), opportunity to lead BD efforts, and strong customer-facing communication skills. Office-based with travel to client sites is typical.

Qualifications

• Operations experience in discreet or continuous manufacturing industries.
• Experience across the operations – product development, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution – depth in any of these desired.
• Experience in leading or being part of improvement efforts in operations space.
• Strong curiosity and continuous learning mentality.
• Refined written communication and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of individual project workstreams including hypotheses, data collection, model creation and analyses.
• Synthesizing findings from interviews, client sessions, and research into presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting the Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality execution.
• Managing a team of 2-4 consultants daily to enable efficient delivery.
• For Principal: managing multiple workstreams with a team of 6-8 consultants and interacting with VP-level clients.
• For Principal: leading proposals and BD efforts and pitching processes.
