Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Supply & Trading Strategy & transformation.
• Experience serving Oil & Gas and/or Power clients.
• Conceptual understanding of trading operating models.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects to Associates and Consultants.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Guide and influence clients across situations, becoming trusted advisors.
• Engage in business development to identify new opportunities.
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership.
• Develop others and build followership within the firm.
• Oversee project execution with planning, workflow, and coaching.
