Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager for Operations Supply Chain to drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple locations in the US. The role involves leading small to mid-size teams, solving complex operations problems, and delivering actionable client insights.

Ideal candidates have 4-7+ years of consulting experience in operations, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capability. A background in supply chain optimization and ability to shape proposals are valued.

Qualifications

• Operations experience in discreet or continuous manufacturing.
• Experience across operations: product development, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution.
• Experience leading improvement efforts in operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of project workstreams: hypotheses, data collection, model creation, analyses.
• Synthesize findings from interviews and research into presentations.
• Support Partner group in project delivery with high-quality execution.
• Manage a team of 2-4 consultants daily; for Principal, lead 6-8 consultants and senior client contacts.
• Develop proposals and lead/participate in business development efforts.
