Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks an Engagement Manager in Operations Supply Chain to lead project workstreams across multiple offices in the United States. You will manage data collection, model building and analyses, and synthesize findings into client-ready presentations while guiding a small team.

Ideal candidates have 4–7+ years in operations consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in leading teams.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of consulting experience in operations (industry and/or consulting firms).
• Experience leading or mentoring teams of consultants.
• Strong capabilities in problem solving, analytics and client communication.
• Certifications in CSCMP, APICS/ISCM or ISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of project workstreams and guide data collection, model creation and analyses.
• Synthesize findings from interviews and client sessions into written presentations for stakeholders.
• Support Partner group in project delivery with high-quality execution.
• Lead and develop a team of 2-4 consultants; Principal level may manage larger teams and engage in BD.
• Develop proposals and participate in BD efforts and pitching processes.
