Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager in the Consumer, Telco & Technology practice with 5–8 years of strategy consulting experience. You will lead client projects, manage teams, and advance opportunities while traveling up to 50% of the time, including international assignments.

Formación

• 5–8 years of strategy consulting experience at a top firm or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, software/tech, or media preferred.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client management experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and relationships.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery and goals.
