Qualifications

• 5-8 years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Software/Technology, or Media preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with evidence of impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to executives.
• Willingness to travel 50% (incl. international).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client engagements and manage client relationships.
• Lead complex programs to ensure on-time delivery and value realization.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Oversee hypothesis development, client interviews, and delivery work streams.
• Coach junior team members and support project planning and governance.
