Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of decision intelligence platforms and partner with executive stakeholders to optimize supply chains. You will oversee data migration, define future-state processes, and drive adoption across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior team members while delivering high-quality project outcomes across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; five years of experience or a graduate degree with four years of experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Document and translate business requirements, design and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data readiness for decision intelligence tools.
• Engage stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams on implementation challenges.
• Configure applications per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials to support adoption.
