Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions that optimize supply chain performance for clients. You will engage executive stakeholders, guide implementation teams, and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

The role requires deep experience in supply chain analytics, ERP integration, and end-to-end project delivery, with travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field and 5+ years of work experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir, or similar).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes or perform analysis.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations, including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Partner with clients to optimize current-state processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data integrity for decision intelligence tools.
• Engage stakeholders and guide users and development teams across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
