Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a Buyer Planner to support purchasing, forecasting, and inventory needs, ensuring production has timely, cost-effective materials. You will coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of ERP/MRP experience in manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

Must have 3–5 years of experience with ERP/MRP in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Self-directed, results-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous-improvement mindset; willing to learn and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

Issue and manage purchase orders through ERP systems, tracking and expediting orders.
Analyze MRP signals, forecasts, and SKU-level inventory to maintain reorder points.
Select and negotiate with suppliers to optimize pricing, service, and delivery.
Collaborate with production and Supply Chain Manager to resolve material shortages.
Support SIOP, inventory planning, freight coordination, and related analytics tasks.
