Job summary

Tec Group International in Oklahoma is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to plan and execute end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, production planning, inventory management and logistics.

You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Quality and Finance to ensure materials are available when needed, production schedules stay on track and customer service is optimized; experience with ERP/MRP and data analysis is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain planning within manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing inventory, planning or logistics activities.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain planning and coordination.
• Ensure raw materials and finished goods meet production demand.
• Balance inventory levels while maintaining service performance.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Develop safety stock strategies and reorder points.
• Produce reports and dashboards on inventory, production and logistics.
