Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to establish and optimize governance, procurement standards, and PMO functions within corporate real estate operations. You will lead AI adoption, manage a portfolio of procurement projects, and drive value through process improvements.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, defining KPIs, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes that align with enterprise goals and budget realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• PMP, CSCP, or similar professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years in operations, project management, or supply chain management within corporate real estate, facilities management, or procurement environments (required).
• Demonstrated expertise establishing and leading governance frameworks, operational standards, and PMO functions for sourcing and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance structures, procedures, and reporting.
• Define intake, prioritization, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Lead AI adoption strategy and integrate AI tools into procurement workflows.
• Oversee procurement project portfolio and contract negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement and value realization.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports on procurement performance.
