Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
• 10+ years in supply planning and SIOP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory and working capital.
• Lead multi-year supply chain roadmaps aligning with commercial goals.
• Oversee inventory projections, PO management, and MRP accuracy.
• Drive AI/ML based forecasting and analytics for demand planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Ops.
• Present supply and inventory data for monthly SIOP cycles.
• Improve service levels, reduce inventory exposure, and optimize turns.
