Job summary

JLL seeks a Supply Chain Operations Manager to establish governance, standardize procedures, and lead PMO functions for sourcing and procurement. You will drive AI adoption across spend analytics, supplier discovery, and contract intelligence while ensuring value realization and performance measurement.

Ranked for senior leadership, you will manage a portfolio of procurement projects, partner with stakeholders, and develop executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field with strong procurement or supply chain focus.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, PMO functions, and strategic sourcing.
• Professional certification such as PMP or CSCP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and operating frameworks, KPIs, SLAs and reporting.
• Define AI adoption strategy and integrate AI tools into procurement workflows.
• Oversee procurement project portfolio including category management and negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement and executive-level dashboards and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

PMP, CSCP, or similar professional certification
