Job summary
JLL is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to establish governance and drive procurement excellence while leading AI-enabled transformation across procurement programs. The role supports multiple locations with a remote-friendly setup, including Richmond, VA, and other US markets.
The position requires 8+ years in operations or procurement, strong governance/PMO experience, and proficiency with analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 8+ years in operations, project management, or supply chain management
- Strong governance, PMO, and sourcing skills
- Experience with procurement platforms and analytics tools
- Professional certifications (PMP/CSCP) preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop governance structures, SOPs, playbooks, and reporting templates
- Define intake, prioritization, and resource allocation frameworks
- Define KPIs, SLAs, and procurement metrics
- Lead AI adoption strategy and integration into workflows
- Oversee procurement project portfolio and system implementations
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge management
- Create executive dashboards and support financial reporting
