Job summary

JLL is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to establish governance structures and lead procurement programs integrating AI, analytics, and digital transformation. You will drive portfolio management, KPI tracking, and process optimization across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, executive reporting, and continuous improvement, delivering measurable value and savings while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, PM, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• PMP, CSCP, or similar professional certification (strongly preferred).
• 8+ years in operations, project management, or supply chain within corporate real estate, facilities management, or procurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance structures, SOPs, playbooks, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead AI adoption strategy: identify high-value use cases for generative AI, ML, analytics, and automation.
• Oversee procurement project portfolio: category management, supplier transitions, system implementations, negotiations, process optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, root cause analysis, and best practices dissemination.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports on procurement performance and savings realization.
• Act as liaison across procurement operations and facilities management, ensuring policy compliance.
