Job summary

JLL is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to establish governance frameworks and drive procurement excellence across a multi-site portfolio. You will lead AI adoption, oversee PMO functions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable value and cost efficiencies within corporate real estate operations.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and executive communication, with emphasis on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, PM or supply chain within corporate real estate, facilities management, or procurement environments.
• Experience establishing and leading governance frameworks, operational standards, and PMO functions for sourcing and procurement teams.
• Deep understanding of sourcing methodologies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance structures, standardized methodologies, operating procedures, playbooks, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead AI adoption strategy: identify high-value use cases for generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Oversee complete procurement project portfolio: category management, supplier transitions, system implementations, contract negotiations, process optimization.
• Drive systematic improvement through lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, root cause analysis, and best practice dissemination.
• Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reports on procurement performance, portfolio health, financial impact, operational risks, and improvement initiatives.
