Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Scheduler to support the Air Systems Components (ASC) business segment.

This role develops, manages, and executes supplier replenishment schedules to ensure material availability that supports production requirements while balancing inventory levels, cost, and supplier performance. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in supply chain related field.
• 2+ years in supplier scheduling, materials planning, production planning, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and supplier scheduling processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and resolve material issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, release, and maintain supplier replenishment schedules to support production and customer demand.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and identify risks of late or incomplete deliveries.
• Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability.
• Expedite materials and adjust priorities to address shortages and production disruptions.
• Maintain inventory levels, DOH, and transportation efficiency targets.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics, including delivery adherence and responsiveness.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve scheduling, capacity, and delivery issues.
• Participate in supplier meetings to review performance and discuss cost reduction opportunities.
• Support new product introductions by coordinating scheduling and material readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and VA/VE initiatives.
