Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules, ensuring efficient use of plant capacity, materials, and labor to meet customer delivery deadlines.

You will coordinate with production, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams to create realistic plans, emphasize resource planning, schedule adherence, and continuous improvement in scheduling processes, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Align schedules with sales orders, material availability, and workforce capacity.
• Communicate schedule changes to all affected departments.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering to ensure feasibility.
• Monitor production performance and generate schedule metrics reports.
• Identify improvements in scheduling processes and propose solutions.
• Ensure scheduling adheres to safety protocols and compliance.
