Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the Master Production Schedule into executable daily and weekly production plans.

You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supplier Scheduling, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure materials are available, priorities align, and capacity is effectively managed. The role emphasizes scheduling discipline, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to support on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least 1 year of material management or production scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• In lieu of a degree, an additional 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience developing production schedules, managing inventory, and supporting capacity planning activities.
• Working knowledge of MRP and ERP systems required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and daily production schedules based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Monitor schedule attainment and adjust to maintain production performance and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate to maintain capacity requirements plans supporting production demands.
• Manage daily production priorities and communicate scheduling changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and align replenishment strategies with targets.
• Coordinate inventory movement across outside processing locations.
• Support inventory forecasting and planning to meet production needs while minimizing excess.
