Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. in Tucson seeks a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule, translating forecasts into executable production plans within ERP/MRP systems to meet customer delivery commitments.

You will collaborate with production, operations, procurement, and supplier scheduling to optimize capacity, inventory, and schedule adherence while driving continuous improvement in planning accuracy and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and capacity planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and reporting of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), translating forecasts into schedules within ERP/MRP systems.
• Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing, and Operations to develop capacity plans that meet demand.
• Establish and manage scheduling processes to optimize productivity and minimize inventory.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and pre-S&OP reviews.
• Develop weekly supply plans and recovery plans for past-due orders.
