Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier-facing roles such as supply chain, procurement, vendor management, subcontract management, or logistics.
• Experience conducting performance assessments, supplier reviews, quality or compliance checks, or vendor scorecard evaluations.
• Experience supporting issue resolution, corrective action management, or escalation processes.
• Experience with supplier risk concepts and structured review processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day relationship management activities for strategic and business-critical suppliers, helping maintain governance and performance oversight.
• Coordinate governance cadences, including monthly operational reviews, QBRs, and annual strategic business reviews.
• Prepare governance materials, track action items, document supplier performance outcomes, and elevate risks as needed.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and relationship management indicators to assess collaboration and strategic alignment.
• Deploy supplier scorecards in Ivalua and ensure PMs and buyers receive correct evaluations.
• Draft Letters of Concern (LOCs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) as part of remediation.
