Job summary

Bombardier seeks a Supplier Performance Agent to lead supplier readiness, performance improvements, and executive communications. Responsibilities include analytics with Lean DNA and Power BI, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and driving supplier improvement initiatives across logistics, quality, and engineering.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor teams, and manage multiple suppliers while balancing schedules, budgets, and outcomes. Travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in supplier management with focus on performance.
• Advanced data analysis, ability to derive insights and reports.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead suppliers to improve planning and forecasting and resolve roadblocks with systematic measures.
• Lead supplier crises impacting production and implement mitigation plans immediately.
• Support Manager in team activities and action plans to achieve objectives.
• Analyze supplier performance indicators using Lean DNA and Power BI.
• Serve as SME/mentor on supplier development activities and processes.
• Manage senior stakeholders' communications and prepare executive briefings.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and BA stakeholders.
• Ensure supplier readiness to meet BA requirements (Logistics, Quality, Procurement, Engineering).
• Drive multiple suppliers and projects within timeline, budget, and resources.
