MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a Manager, Supplier Enablement in Davidson, NC to own the end-to-end JBP and QBR process for strategic suppliers within the MRO unit. You will translate category priorities into measurable growth plans and drive cross-functional execution.

Leverage insights from sales, finance, marketing, and analytics to align investments with opportunities, facilitate meetings, and ensure commitments are delivered with clear owners and timelines. Some travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Five or more years of supplier management, category management, merchandising, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative 365 tools.

Responsabilidades

• Owns end-to-end JBP and QBR cycle for assigned suppliers.
• Translate priorities into measurable growth objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate inputs from Category, Sales, Marketing, Finance, BI, and other partners.
• Facilitate meetings, document commitments, and re-lock 90-day execution plans.
• Lead GTM campaigns and supplier funding activities with cross-functional teams.
