Responsibilities

• Owns the merchandising view of the product assortment and governance to drive profit and customer conversion/growth.
• Manages item lifecycle: induction, additions, phase-outs, substitutions, and replacements.
• Works with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate data, copy, specs, and media assets.
• Develops product family groupings and table view templates to meet customer expectations.
• Reviews advertising/views for print and web to maximize impact and minimize follow-ups.
