Amentum in Paducah, KY is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support contract execution at the site. The role requires coordinating bid proposals, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DEAR and internal procedures.

You may be located at the job site to serve as local negotiator and ensure deliverables meet contract requirements. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 5 years of related experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert understanding of federal and state policies and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance with safety policies.
• Ability to report on fraud, waste and abuse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lists of contractors for proposals and assemble bid packages.
• Review bid tabulations and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with disciplines to summarize bids and seek management approval.
• Conduct pre-award conferences with contractors and clients.
• Monitor contract deliverables and ensure compliance with FAR/DEAR.
• Act as a local negotiator at site and support safe operations.
