Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in defense/government contracting or equivalent.
• Strong experience negotiating, executing, and managing subcontracts.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and CPSR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract activities within a cross-functional program team.
• Influence teams to manage supplier relationships and subcontractor performance.
• Drive on-time completion of subcontract-related activities.
• Develop, issue, and evaluate RFQs/RFPs and lead source selection.
• Prepare and negotiate subcontracts and modifications per laws and DoD rules.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to meet contract objectives.
