Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) at Arnold AFB, TN, is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support AEDC operations. The role involves awarding subcontracts and coordinating with suppliers to meet project needs.

You will manage bid processes, change control, invoicing, and compliance with labor laws, including SCA and Davis-Bacon. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 2+ years of subcontract experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years in subcontracts.
• Experience monitoring subcontractor performance and resolving disputes.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and compiles data essential to subcontracts formation and administration.
• Performs bidder prequalification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, negotiation and award of subcontracts.
• Reviews scope requirements prepared by requisitioning organization.
• Administers subcontracts including change management, invoicing, performance, and close-out; liaises with subcontractors to meet service requirements.
• Monitors compliance with labor laws (SCA & Davis-Bacon) and resolves invoices and non-conformances.
