Zusammenfassung

CAE USA is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator to support the acquisition of complex goods and services, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements under government programs.

You will craft subcontract plans, manage evaluations, negotiate, and ensure CPSR-compliant documentation while aligning with program objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifikationen

• BA or BS in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field or minimum nine years' experience in subcontracts administration/management.
• Effective understanding of program management budgeting and scheduling tools.
• In depth understanding of all aspects of the procurement process both within and without the defense aerospace environment.
• Experience with FAR Part 15 cost/price analysis of proposals from suppliers including schedule and technical changes.
• Must have the ability to apply basic measurement standards to determine and assess changes in performance.
• Experience with subcontract management and file documentation that is fully compliant with CPSR requirements.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and issue/execute subcontract plans, RFI/RFQ/Proposal requests and subcontract awards for programs and objectives.
• Develop and manage subcontract evaluations, negotiation plans and documentation per FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Implement compliant acquisition practices to meet program objectives.
• Monitor cost and performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Understand CAE subcontract products/services; manage priorities to meet requirements.
