Precision Medicine Group in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Study Management to direct the delivery of study milestones across GLP-, GCP-, and CLSI/CLIA-regulated science. You will lead direct and indirect reports, external partners, and budgets to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

You will act as the single source of study information, drive timelines and risk mitigation, and coordinate across Bioanalytical, Companion Diagnostic, Flow Cytometry and Cell Biology

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life science or related field plus 8+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of management responsibility and leadership skills; equivocal education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• As Associate Director, Study Management you are a subject matter expert guiding strategic actions for the team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve cross-functional processes.
• Set objectives and manage multiple projects across PFM Specialty Lab teams.
• Lead study information, timelines, budgets, and quality targets across functions.
• Ensure scheduling, records and communications are held to high standards.
• Define operational strategy with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Establish adherence to standards across the Project Director team.
• Assess development timelines and budgets with business leaders.
• Review objectives and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely project execution and risk contingency planning.
• Escalate and communicate with customers and leaders as needed.
• Be the escalation point for customer issues and drive corrective actions.
