Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS with residency in a medical or pediatric sub-specialty, including a fellowship in hematology and/or oncology.
• Minimum 10 years combined experience in academic and/or industry clinical research in drug development.
• Experience as a Medical Monitor on clinical oncology and/or rare clinical trials is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical strategy and sponsor-facing discussions across global programs.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, scientific presentations, and bid-defense activities.
• Provide medical and scientific input during feasibility assessments, including study design and site selection.
• Serve as Medical Monitor for assigned studies, overseeing patient safety and data interpretation.
• Mentor and develop Medical Directors and other colleagues; lead complex global programs.
