Job summary

Precision Medicine Group, LLC. in Frederick, Maryland, seeks an Associate Director, Study Management to direct delivery of study milestones across scientific teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality and compliance in GLP/GCP-regulated studies.

You will lead a team of Project Directors, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely communication of risk and contingency plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life science or related field and minimum 8 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Excellent leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Direct experience overseeing ELISA, MSD and Nab assays; knowledge of GLP/GCP environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource management abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and process improvement in project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct study management across multiple scientific teams to meet milestones within cost, time, and quality requirements.
• Lead study timelines, budgets, and quality targets for client projects.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues and ensure effective communication of scope and performance.
