Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks an Associate Director, Study Management to direct the delivery of study milestones across Bioanalytical, Companion Diagnostic, Flow Cytometry, and Cell Biology teams. You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, coordinating with external partners and senior leaders.

You will lead a diverse team, drive process improvements, and govern study information and reporting to ensure client needs are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life science or related field plus 8+ years PM experience and 3+ years of management responsibility.
• Experience in regulated environments (GLP/GCP) and ELISA, MSD, Nab assays.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of study milestones across multiple teams within cost, time, and quality requirements.
• Lead study team and deliverables across all functions; manage timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues and communicate scope/ performance to date.
• Establish operational standards and best practices across the Project Director team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve business processes and ensure consistent work across teams.
• Review objectives and development plans; perform periodic performance evaluations.
