Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks an Associate Director, Study Management to lead delivery of complex study milestones across Bioanalytical, Companion Diagnostic, Flow Cytometry and Cell Biology teams. You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality, coordinating with Directors, external partners, and clients to ensure on-time completion within scope.

The role requires a Master’s in life sciences, 8+ years of project management experience, and strong leadership in regulated environments (GLP/GCP).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a life science or related field; minimum 8 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in oversight of ELISA, MSD and Nab assays; regulated environments (GLP/GCP).
• Strong leadership, judgment, and budgeting skills; excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of study milestones across multiple scientific teams to meet cost, time, and quality requirements.
• Lead study timelines, budgets, and quality targets; manage study team scheduling and communications.
• Escalate and manage risks; ensure cross-functional process improvement and adherence to standards.
