Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to drive cross-functional collaboration across study teams and global programs. You will oversee strategy, governance, scope, and delivery for designated clinical study projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

The role requires extensive clinical research and project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interact with sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in clinical research, including project management and line management.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage collaboration with Project Directors and Project Managers in planning and governance of projects/portfolios.
• Provide leadership and oversight on all clinical programs and, in some cases, manage activities.
• Interact with study sponsors as the primary escalation point beyond project management.
• Optimize the profitability of the Project Management organization to meet or exceed budget targets.
• Assess and manage resource allocations to ensure cost, time and quality goals are met.
• Select, train, develop and manage performance of talent in project leadership positions.
• Provide technical support and guidance on scope, risk, escalation, and deliverables to assigned project managers.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, guidelines, plans and regulatory requirements.
