Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and deliver activities for designated clinical study projects. You will serve as the primary client point-of-contact, coordinate with external vendors, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality and compliance across all study activities.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, delivering on key performance indicators, and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years in clinical research or equivalent; at least 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Experience managing complex and global trials.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors to timeline and budget.
• Manage study budget, scope, and out-of-scope activities with CO to completion.
• Maintain collaboration with clinical operations and review study documentation.
• Oversee financial health: profitability, billable hours, and forecasting.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management.
• Ensure quality management including eTMF readiness and CAPA where needed.
• Lead internal and client meetings and communicate protocol issues.
