Precision Medicine Group seeks an Associate Director, Study Management to lead study delivery across Bioanalytical, Companion Diagnostic, Flow Cytometry and Cell Biology teams. You will direct milestones within cost, time, and quality constraints and oversee both direct and indirect reports and external partners.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a life science or related field and at least 8 years of project management experience, with strong leadership and regulatory experience (GLP/GCP).

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a life science or related field and at least 8 years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of management responsibility with strong leadership.
• Experience in ELISA, MSD and Nab assays.
• Experience in regulated environments (GLP/GCP).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource management knowledge.
• Excellent communication in English; ability to work cross-functional.
