Qualifications

• Minimum three years in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management.
• Proven ability to plan and execute recruitment initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience building external partnerships and managing follow-up relationships.
• Strong presentation, writing, interpersonal, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage a recruitment pipeline, maintain data accuracy, and work independently.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systems; availability for evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual, year-round recruitment and enrollment plan aligned with enrollment objectives.
• Maintain a recruitment calendar with feeder schools, events, and follow-up milestones.
• Identify priority outreach audiences using enrollment trends and feedback.
• Coordinate with Principal on messaging, visits, logistics, and enrollment procedures.
• Build partnerships with feeder schools, nonprofit organizations, and community groups.
• Represent ACE Amandla at fairs, community events, career awareness activities, and partner meetings.
• Respond to inquiries and implement a consistent follow-up process for prospective students and families.
• Ensure outreach and enrollment practices follow applicable laws and fair access.
