Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking an Enrollment Area Manager to oversee enrollment operations across designated schools. You will lead strategies, monitor pipelines, and ensure compliant, high-quality family experiences from inquiry through first day of school.

The role requires coordinating with school leaders, marketing teams, and HR to recruit and mentor Enrollment and Marketing Administrators, while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of enrollment operations, pipeline management, and data integrity.
• Experience leading enrollment teams and collaboration with school leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead area-wide enrollment strategy aligned to CSUSA goals and capacity targets.
• Monitor application, enrollment, waitlist, retention, and over-enrollment pipelines; identify risks.
• Partner with Marketing Area Managers to align outreach, yield strategies, and messaging.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development of Enrollment and Marketing Administrators.
