Job summary

Northside Charter High School in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Director of Enrollment to lead student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment growth. This high-impact role owns the end-to-end enrollment pipeline, budget, and cross-functional coordination without direct staff supervision.

The position requires 3–7+ years in enrollment or related fields, strong relationship-building, and a track record of hitting targets. Evening/weekend events are expected to support open houses and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, recruitment, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets in a metrics-driven role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven enrollment strategy aligned to annual student recruitment targets.
• Set, track, and report on key performance metrics (application volume, conversion, yield, waitlist).
• Develop and manage the enrollment marketing budget across channels.
• Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, print, grassroots).
• Oversee and update the admissions/enrollment pages and messaging on the website.
• Lead social media strategy and content calendar for recruitment.
• Track and analyze marketing performance and ROI.
• Refine messaging and channel strategy based on data.
