Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Business Strategist who uses data and analytics to support all new business sales opportunities within the Business Development team. The role involves crafting the why Acosta, why now story and presenting to c-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires excellence in storytelling, data synthesis, and cross-functional collaboration with channel leads to ensure timely, client-focused outputs across categories and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industry name required.
• Must have Category Management experience.
• Must have Syndicated Data experience.
• Highly successful in leveraging data & analytics to create client facing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to leverage syndicated data, category & shopper insights & full channel analytics to create top-to-top slides for strategic client presentations.
• Cross-functional excellence: Strategic facilitator across channel leaders that articulates client needs /scope of work & maps all parties to stringent timeline management to support timely output back to sales.
• Creative storyteller that allows complex datasets to seem approachable, easy to navigate & relevant to customer & industry mindset.
• Other duties as assigned.
