Floor & Decor in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a store operations leader to oversee all aspects of store performance, prioritizing exceptional customer service while maximizing profitability. You will manage inventory, staffing, budgeting, safety, and brand standards to deliver a great shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.

Responsabilidades

• Read and review a profit and loss statement to identify areas of improvement.
• Supervise cycle counts and inventory processes to maintain accuracy.
• Assist the General Manager with store-level HR or loss prevention issues.
• Oversee cash handling practices and coordinate with corporate finance.
• Coordinate facility management to ensure safety and security of customers and employees.
• Support budgeting and expense control to drive profitability.
• Uphold brand standards and operating procedures; ensure store presentation.
• Open and/or close the store as required.
