Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Greensboro, NC to lead all aspects of store operations. You will drive profitability, oversee inventory and cycle counts, manage staffing and customer service delivery, and partner with the General Manager on budgeting and loss prevention.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to enforce COP/SOPs while maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience
• Ability to read and review a profit and loss statement
• Experience using POS systems to manage inventory and cycle counts

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer experience and profitability
• Monitor and review monthly P&L to identify improvements
• Supervise inventory controls including cycle counts and audits
• Support General Manager with HR, scheduling, and loss prevention issues
• Ensure cash handling, reporting, and communications with finance
• Coordinate safety and security of customers and employees
• Ensure brand and operating standards are met or exceeded
• Maintain store presentation standards and displays
• Open/close duties and overall leadership of associates
