Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Associate Manager to support the General Manager in strategic store plans and to drive execution for profitable operations. The role requires elevating brand integrity, coaching the team, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will lead talent development, support community outreach, and ensure store standards exceed expectations while aligning with the RL brand values across markets. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail Management or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel.

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning of initiatives for the store.
• Understand and educate the team on performance tools and store policies.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in developing the store client development strategy and lead market outreach.
• Execute talent strategy with the General Manager to build a customer-centric team.
• Drive networking and recruitment activities in the market.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities to employees.
• Maintain productivity through strong processes and inventory control to reduce shrink.
